MECHANISM OF ACTION OF CONVENTIONAL ANTI TUMOR AND ALTERNATIVE HERBAL DRUGS.

Most of conventional anti tumor medicines are non specific, invasive and effect other systems of the body, thus side and adverse effects are pronounced. For example anti mitotic drugs effect dividing cells, a property of tumor cells but in doing so, anti mitotic drugs suppress the growth of other systems and organs of the body too, such as immune system, blood, gastrointestinal system and skin.
